If you are one of those of people who likes to always be in on the next best thing, you may want to consider moving to Austin Texas. Although Austin is only the 16th largest city in the US, the Austin population forecast growth rate is astronomical as people continue to discover why the eccentric culture of Austin is so desirable. The truth is, that Austin manages to embrace everybody in equal turn, making it hard for anyone who moves to Austin to ever consider leaving the area.
Simply put, one of the largest reasons that the Austin population forecast is so high is due to the simple fact that while people continual keep moving into the Austin area, not many people are willing to move out. Therefore, the city embraces all of its new residents and still manages to find jobs and housing for everyone without considerable strain on the area’s residents.

The REAL unemployment rate in the call center and the construction and other industries is 60-75% or more. No one cares. Even if you have a degree you can lose your apartment and not get ajob. It has been almost a year for me and I have an Accounting degree and it means nothing at all and wish I would of never gone to college sometimes. I hate what has happened.
