Apple wants to win in textbooks


Apple introduced , Thursday, Jan. 19 in New York, initiatives to develop the use of textbooks on his mobile tablet, the iPad. The American group was first announced a partnership with several publishing houses, such as Pearson, McGraw Hill and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

With the new version of his store of books iBooks, users will also have access to e-books “increased”, integrating multimedia contents. Apple also launched i Books Author , a program to create e-books at school.
